What it does
Make a bill, print it, or send it on WhatsApp. CGST and SGST split automatically, HSN codes on every line.
Every bill reduces stock on its own. Set a minimum level per item and see what needs reordering.
Party-wise credit ledger with running balance. Record payments, print a statement, send a reminder.
Day, week, month, or any date range. Product-wise sales and GST totals, exportable to CSV.
Owner, manager, and cashier roles. Each person gets their own login and sees only what they should.
Your data sits on your own computer, not on someone's server. Internet down doesn't mean billing stops.
Pricing
No monthly fee, no expiry. The license is tied to one computer — tell us which PC, and it runs there.
Getting set up
Download the setup file and run it. Windows will warn you about an unknown publisher — pick More info, then Run anyway.
On first open the app shows a Machine ID. Copy it and email it to contactusfabill@gmail.com.
You'll get a license file back. Select it in the app, fill in your shop details, and start billing.
FaBill isn't code-signed yet, so Windows shows a caution screen the first time you run the installer. It's normal for independent software. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
